Design Leader Team Builder Systems thinker

20+ years leading design, innovation and creative teams. I build and manage multi-disciplinary design teams, and shape organisational culture to put user focus and design value at the centre of the business.

Currently, I lead the product design team at WGSN, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle — from research and product strategy through UX, visual design and implementation — across multiple products. I focus on building high-impact teams and growing data design capability, while connecting business, customer, product and commercial priorities into a single coherent design direction that moves the metrics that matter.

Craft is at the core of my design practice — I stay close to the work itself, prototyping and designing hands-on to create elegant, delightful solutions, and move fluidly between different roles depending on what a team or project needs.
